| 18 | 19 | 20 | 21 | 22September Meeting 2023September Meeting 2023Time: 6:30 pm Dr. Donald E. Voelter became the 12th president of Blinn College on September 1, 1994, following Walter C. Schwartz who served in the post for 10 years. In June 2008, he was named Chancellor. Voelter came to Blinn in 1971 as a member of the business faculty and was named director of the occupational education division in 1974. In 1977, he became the business manager for the college. Heo was appointed executive vice president of fiscal affairs in 1983 by then President James Atkinson, a position he held until being named president. Besides serving as the chief fiscal officer for the college for 17 years, other duties in the past have included coordinating the off-campus programs in Brazos County.
